Your values are normal, I feel that fame and fortune do not matter, let go of it, I do things openly, I can do my best for everyone, just go with the flow, I do not care about the gains and losses. Only in this state can you enter the state of “tranquility and emptiness” spoken of in the Nei Jing, and then “the true qi will come from it”, and then “the disease will come from it”? If you are in a state of tranquility and emptiness, your true qi will follow it, and your qi and blood will run normally, so where does the disease come from? Right?

So first of all, the “Inner Classic” is not talking about the “Tao”. The ancient people were like this, often a classical talk about a content. Like Confucius, people do not talk about “Tao”, you finish “Tao”, “Tao Te Ching”, Lao Tzu finished, I will not talk about it, I will talk about what you should do. So Confucius is talking about the code of conduct for us ordinary people, but the content of the Tao, the core of those, Lao Tzu has finished.
